Those forcibly deported from Türkiye and handed over to the dictatorial regime of Turkmenistan: Merdan Muhammedov Farhad Meymankuliyev Rovshen Klychev Maksat Baymyradov Jumasapar Dedebayev Perhat Genciev Dowran Imamov Serdar Durdaliyev Since May 2025, Turkmen citizen Umida Bekjanova has been held in a deportation (removal) center in Türkiye, and her situation raises serious concern. In the Turkish city of Edirne, after leaving the deportation center, two Turkmen civil activists — Alisher Sakhatov and Abdulla Orusov — disappeared without a trace. To this day, there is no official information about their whereabouts. So far, no one has been held accountable for any of these transnational crimes. On the territory of the Russian Federation, the following individuals were also abducted and forcibly deported: Malikberdi Allamyradov Saddam Gulamov Azat Isakov To this day, the fate of none of these activists is known. The impunity for such crimes creates a dangerous precedent and encourages further transnational repression and abuse. ❗ We demand justice. ❗ We demand a full investigation into all cases of abduction and forced deportation. ❗ We demand that those responsible be identified and held accountable.
