📢 ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CITIZENS OF TURKMENISTAN The 2026 Warsaw Human Dimension Conference will take place in Warsaw, Poland, from 5 to 15 October 2026. This is an important international platform where representatives of OSCE participating States, international organizations, civil society, and other stakeholders discuss human rights, fundamental freedoms, the rule of law, democratic institutions, non-discrimination, and other important issues. 🇹🇲 An Appeal to Citizens of Turkmenistan If you would like to attend the Conference in person, speak about human rights violations in Turkmenistan, raise a specific issue, or share your own experience or that of your family — register, come, and make your voice heard. Do not hesitate to express your civic position and raise the issues that genuinely concern people. Participation in such international events is not a privilege reserved for certain human rights defenders, activists, or organizations. Civil society is, first and foremost, made up of citizens themselves. Everyone has the right to participate, speak out, and bring attention to existing problems. It is particularly important that the situation in Turkmenistan is addressed not by just a few individuals, but by as many citizens of Turkmenistan as possible. If your rights have been violated — speak about it. If you are aware of systemic problems — raise them. If you have proposals — voice them. If you want change — make your civic position heard. When one person speaks, their voice may be ignored. When many of us speak, our collective voice becomes much stronger.
